Policies

In Order to Perform Outstanding Service to All Clients, Please Read the Policies Below

Brows by Mercedes is by appointment only. When you book an appointment, that time is exclusively reserved for you. PLEASE NOTE that new clients are not eligible for touch-up pricing if initial procedure wasn’t performed with Brows by Mercedes.

CONSULTATIONS

All consultations are free.

APPOINTMENTS

Brows by Mercedes is by appointment only. Please book online or call 801-706-2392.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to book a procedure. The deposit will be deducted from the overall cost of the procedure.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Brows by Mercedes has a strict 2-day cancellation and rescheduling policy. If this time window is missed, the $100 deposit is forfeited as a late fee.
If rescheduling is made at least 2 days before your appointment, your previous deposit will be carried over to your new appointment (one time only). If this happens more than once, you will be required to pay another deposit of $100 to secure your appointment.
No shows will be charged a $100 fee.
If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 2-day notice, please provide your medical receipt and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.

LATENESS

Please arrive ten minutes before your schedule appointment.
Please understand that the procedures need their allocated time to get the best results possible, we cannot rush or cut corners.
If the procedure can’t be performed due to your lateness the $100 deposit is considered as a penalty.

FULLY PAID SESSIONS

The touch-up session must be completed no later than 3 months after the last session.
Reschedules of the paid touch-up appointment within 48 hours will be charged a $100 fee.
If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 2 day notice, please provide your medical receipt and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.

REFUNDS

ALL TREATMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Brows by Mercedes may require a doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. Brows by Mercedes does not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.
